L’Arcadia d’Elena – Arcadia for short – is a little Italian restaurant nestled in Kodaira’s Hitotsubashigakuen neighborhood. It’s seen a lot of changes over the past decade, with a switch-up in both seating arrangements and menus every few years. This makes for some excitement if you haven’t been by in a while; I always get curious about whether there will be some new menu item (or table) when we happen to pop in.
