This may have been one of my favorite showcases for Itadakimasu Japan so far. On a foray into hyper-cute Harajuku, we visited one of HARRY Hedgehog Cafe’s five locations to meet some of the most adorable animals I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with (sorry, Cake). The name is actually a pun on the Japanese word for hedgehog, harinezumi (literally “needle mouse”). Hari => Harry! We at Itadakimasu Japan do enjoy a good pun, so it seemed like a good sign we were going to have fun. I donned a couple of hedgehog-related accessories and we headed out!
